DRYING
The wood will dry in a long term storage, a very important porcess for the future use of the wood.
BOARD
Use pine German spruce or cedar Canada. They stick a number of reinforcements, which according to their distribution, will affect the sound of the instrument.
ASSEMBLY
Union of the different parts of the guitar and placing of the inside supports to give it form.
PROFILES
Are the exterior contour of the sides, work as a support and decoration. The rest of the wood is cutted by hand..
FINGERS
Is made out of Rosewood or Ebony, its hardness provides long durability againts the continuous finger friction.
FRETS
We use frets of alpaca, because this material have a hight duration and the result is more adequate on the rebound of the string.
BRIDGE
The wood we used is Rosewood. Should be place in a exact distance. If the distance is infringed the tunning of the instrument will be impossible.
FINISHING
First we work sanding the wood, then we polish over fine capes of varnish, until a perfect finished is found.
